IWantThatWatch.com Postage Policy:

All shipments are FOB, any claim of loss will be with the carrier. Any claim for shortage, damage or loss, must be made within 10 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all goods returned for credit if our records indicate the goods were shipped as ordered.

We accept credit cards via Paypal, wire transfers.

Return Policy:

It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt. IWantThatWatch.com has a standard 3 day return policy. The buyer has 3 days from the date of receipt to contact the seller in order to receive full refund. The shipping fees are NON-refundable. Buyer can contact us by phone (732-995-2070) or at the email address listed below. If item is not returned within the 3 day grace period, but returned between 4-10 days, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
